Will you really design my site for free?
Yes. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation mockup. We design a custom preview of your new website so you can see exactly what you are getting before you pay anything. If you do not like it, you walk away. No cost, no pressure.
What's included in the monthly service fee?
Hosting, SSL certificate, security, maintenance, and ongoing support. You can make your own updates anytime through an easy-to-use dashboard, or just tell us what needs changing and we take care of it. No hourly charges for edits.
What platform will my new site be built on?
It depends on what your business needs. Our Essential plan uses a proprietary platform built for speed and simplicity. Our Professional plan builds on Squarespace or Shopify for e-commerce. Our Custom plan uses WordPress for advanced functionality. We will recommend the right fit during your consultation.
Do you work with any other platforms like Wordpress?
Yes! We also do full scale development in Wordpress with our own Managed Wordpress servers for larger projects, or because you and your team are accustomed to using it. We also develop websites in SquareSpace, Wix, Shopify among others.
Will my new website look good on smartphones?
Yes. Every site we build is fully responsive. It will look great and function properly on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
Do you offer SEO optimization?
Yes, every website we build includes search engine optimization as standard. This covers page titles, meta descriptions, header structure, image optimization, site speed, and mobile-friendliness. For businesses that want ongoing SEO work, we offer monthly content and SEO add-on packages.
Will my website be ADA compatible?
Yes. All of our websites include accessibility features to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. This is something many web designers overlook, but it matters both legally and for reaching all of your potential customers.
Can I use my domain from my previous site?
Yes. If you already own a domain name, we can connect it to your new site. If you need a new domain, we can help you find and register one.
Do you work with businesses outside of Brooklyn?
Yes. We are based in Brooklyn but we work with clients across the country. Everything can be handled remotely by phone, email, and video call.
